Whitehatch is a residential service for adults aged 21+ with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism spectrum conditions, mobility issues and complex needs including epilepsy. People are supported with person centred plans that aim to increase independence and are focused on positive outcomes. Staff help individuals to achieve their goals no matter how small and see every aspect of their lives as a potential learning opportunity.
Staff work closely with the individual, families and health care professionals in order to provide the best care possible. All individuals have comprehensive activity plans which ensure that they have meaningful session in and out of the home that can help them access the community and build on skills.
