More about our approach to quality and safeguardingAbout this home
Thoughtfully designed homes for independent living
Rhyme House is a residential home for adults with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, and behaviours that may challenge. The home is able to support individuals from the age of 17 as part of a transitional model of support. In each case, Rhyme House works closely with all parties to ensure an agreed approach is put in place to help an individual make the transition to adulthood a positive one.
Rhyme House would be suitable for anyone moving from residential care or their family home who needs a period of transition before moving into more independent living environments. The home provides 24-hour background core support, including a sleep-in night team member and background team members during the day.
