New supported living home opening later this year in Crumpsall, Manchester

With four self-contained flats and one studio apartment, people can enjoy the independence of having their own home alongside personalised support tailored to their goals, strengths and aspirations.

At Achieve together, we support adults with learning disabilities, autistic people and people with mental health needs to live happy, healthy and meaningful lives. Our focus is on creating opportunities for people to build confidence, develop new skills and achieve greater independence, while staying connected to the people, places and activities that matter most to them.

Everyone is encouraged to try new experiences, take part in activities they enjoy and work towards personal goals at a pace that feels right for them. A dedicated skills kitchen in the new home will provide opportunities to learn everyday cooking and meal-planning skills, helping people develop confidence and independence in daily life. There will also be a games room where people can relax, spend time together and build meaningful relationships.

Located in North Manchester, close to Cheetham Hill Shopping Centre, the home offers easy access to local amenities, public transport links and Manchester city centre. Whether it’s shopping, meeting friends, taking part in activities or exploring the local area, the people who live there will have plenty of opportunities to build connections and develop independence.
