About this support setting

Thoughtfully designed for independent living

This Supported Living home in Wokingham is a warm and welcoming environment where everyone can feel safe, valued and truly at ease. Support is person-centred and shaped around each person’s choices, goals and pace, so they can build routines and make decisions that feel right for them.

The team gently encourages independence, confidence and new skills, helping people to grow in ways that matter to them. With a strong focus on mental health and positive relationships, the team create a sense of belonging where people are supported not just to live well, but to thrive and feel at home. The team are also trained in many areas including Autism and learning disabilities but are best equipped for supporting those with mental

The town is known for its friendly feel and has even been recognised as one of the UK’s happiest places to live. The people we support enjoy the local markets, independent shops, cosy pubs and trips to the cinema or theatre. For time outdoors, Dinton Pastures offers a beautiful open space to explore, while Holme Grange Craft Village is perfect for a relaxed visit with its unique shops and welcoming atmosphere.
