This Supported Living home in Wokingham is a warm and welcoming environment where everyone can feel safe, valued and truly at ease. Support is person-centred and shaped around each person’s choices, goals and pace, so they can build routines and make decisions that feel right for them.
The team gently encourages independence, confidence and new skills, helping people to grow in ways that matter to them. With a strong focus on mental health and positive relationships, the team create a sense of belonging where people are supported not just to live well, but to thrive and feel at home. The team are also trained in many areas including Autism and learning disabilities but are best equipped for supporting those with mental
health needs.

What we offer
A safe and supportive place
Our Supported Living home in Wokingham is a welcoming place for people to feel comfortable, settled and supported. Set across two floors, the home has five bedrooms, all ensuite, giving the people living here, their own private space to relax and unwind. Shared spaces include a large lounge, dining room and a kitchen area, for people to spend time together, enjoy meals and build daily living skills with support from the team.
The garden and outside areas are a great space to enjoy fresh air, socialise or take part in garden activities such as growing fruits and vegetables. With Wi-Fi available for the people supported and access to a transport vehicle for trips, the home is well set up for both day-to-day comfort and getting out and about.

Set in the old market town of Wokingham, this home enjoys a lovely location with plenty to see and do nearby. The town is known for its friendly feel and has even been recognised as one of the UK’s happiest places to live. The people we support enjoy the local markets, independent shops, cosy pubs and trips to the cinema or theatre. For time outdoors, Dinton Pastures offers a beautiful open space to explore, while Holme Grange Craft Village is perfect for a relaxed visit with its unique shops and welcoming atmosphere. Altogether, Wokingham offers a wonderful balance of community, convenience and countryside charm.
