This supported living home in Sutton, providing tailored support for adults with diverse needs, including autism spectrum conditions, learning disabilities, challenging behaviors, epilepsy, emotional, and mental health challenges. Our experienced team takes a person-centered approach, empowering each person supported to reach their full potential.

We focus on helping people supported reintegrate into the community, encouraging positive risk-taking to foster independence. Our philosophy has led to successful outcomes, including people transitioning to supported living with reduced support needs. We support meaningful community involvement, offering opportunities for vocational activities, college, and voluntary or paid work.

Collaboration with healthcare professionals like Mental Health and Learning Disability Nurses, Occupational Therapists, and Social Workers ensures comprehensive, personalised care. Support packages are regularly reviewed to ensure they are person-centered and as least restrictive as possible.

Our team is available 24/7 to assist with daily tasks like cooking, laundry, employment, and building friendships. We also offer supported sleeping and have waking night team members always on hand for added support.

Our spacious semi-detached property features six en-suite bedrooms, each fully adapted to meet individual sensory needs. We emphasise creating a social and engaging environment, offering ample communal spaces, including a well-equipped kitchen, a cosy lounge, a dining area, and a bright conservatory.

Additionally, we provide flexible spaces that can be tailored to the preferences of the people we support, whether it’s a games room for recreation or a quiet room for relaxation.

Located in the lively area of Sutton, our home is conveniently close to the town center, giving residents easy access to local shops, restaurants, and leisure options like the cinema. With excellent transport links to central London and the surrounding areas, people supported can enjoy a variety of experiences and opportunities just a short journey away.

We also provide support in helping individuals explore and maintain college placements, voluntary roles, and paid work opportunities, fostering independence and personal growth.

To ensure truly personalised care and effective communication, each individual is guided in creating their own tailored pictorial activity chart. This visual tool enables people supported to express their daily choices and take an active role in shaping their lives, promoting autonomy and engagement in everyday decisions.
