Newly refurbished, this is a supported living home in Sutton for adults with autism spectrum condition, epilepsy, emotional needs, mental health, learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge. People are supported in developing individualised person-centred plans and positive behaviour support plans that promote increased choice, control over their lives and independence.
The experienced team works with families, carers and health and social care professionals to ensure that support is proactive and appropriate. A person-centred approach is tailored to each person, who are encouraged to be fully involved in all decisions regarding their care and support.
The team are available 24 hours a day to support in all aspects of daily life, from cooking, laundry, support finding employment, understanding bills and growing further independence, along with other day-to-day activities. We can also accommodate supported sleeping, and there will always be a waking night team member on hand.
