Lifestyle

People living here are supported to participate in meaningful activities that increase their independence and build on social skills. Some examples of activities people have been involved in include bowling, PALS Social Club for people with disabilities, arts and crafts, trips to the local shopping centre and trips to the local nature reserve.

We also support people in the development of life skills such as meal preparation, self-care, and grocery shopping. People will be supported to identify and maintain any education placements, employment and/or volunteering, and some people volunteer locally, which is a great achievement. Integration with the local community is greatly encouraged.
