Located in Manchester, this is a 24-hour supported living home supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions and mental health needs.
This home suits people who benefit from living in their own space with a bespoke support package to suit their needs, plus background support, which includes a waking night team. We are experienced in managing complex behaviours which may challenge and provide a strong support team for consistency and development of quality relationships. All of the team are Physical Intervention and Positive Behaviour trained.
We offer full needs and risk assessments completed by a trained and experienced support team in liaison with the person supported and anyone else they wish to be involved such as family, friend, or advocate. We provide person-centred support plans, which include details of how we support people to maintain their independence with outcomes focused on the development of life skills.

A safe and supportive place
This home has been recently developed with a ground-floor en-suite bedroom and five further en-suite bedrooms on the first floor. There are spacious communal areas, including a lounge and a large modern kitchen, as well as an outside garden area with seating ideal for socialising.
This home is within walking distance of Tandle Hill Country Park and has direct transport links to Rochdale, Oldham, Middleton and Manchester. There are multiple communal facilities close by that people can benefit from, such as shops, restaurants, parks and a golf course.

Everybody is sociable, and everyone gets on well. People living here are independent and enjoy living active lifestyles, and the support team promote this independence in every way possible. The home could be described as being a calm and quiet environment with moments of busyness and noise.
People are supported to take part in a wide range of activities, including budgeting and financial planning, meal and diet planning, shopping and household tasks, establishing community links and promoting self-advocacy and support in accessing health services.
People are supported to get involved with in-house activities and participate in fundraising events. We offer support with accessing a wide range of leisure activities that can help increase social and communication skills, such as swimming, bowling, day centre activities, meals out, cinema trips and various day trips.
Support is provided to access local transport services such as the bus, tram and railway for trips to local leisure centres, colleges, work placements and gyms.
