What we offer
A safe and supportive place to call home
At this supported living home, each person has their own private flat with a kitchen, living space, bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Three of the ground-floor flats are ideal for people with higher support needs.
The home is run by the same experienced manager who oversees a nearby residential home, ensuring consistency and quality. All team members receive specialist training based on individual support plans, which are co-produced with the person and their circle of support.
We work closely with health and social care partners, including the local authority, to deliver high-quality, personalised support.

We’re not just participants. We’re planners, presenters, and leaders.

The home’s location supports people to stay active and connected to their local community. People are supported to access education, employment, and leisure activities that reflect their interests and ambitions.
