Thoughtfully designed for independent living
This supported living home is suitable for adults with mental health and/or learning disabilities and those experiencing early onset and vascular dementia.
The home delivers 24/7 support. People are supported with individually tailored care plans to live as independently as possible so that their independence can be utilised as a solid base for integration into the community. People are regularly supported to take part in activities that enrich their lives and build on both new and existing skills.

What we offer
A safe and supportive place
This home is a large terrace house with three bedrooms spread across two floors and a spacious outdoor space provided for people to enjoy. There are also communal areas so people can socialise with others, including a lounge, kitchen, and dining area.
It is situated in an ideal location, with local shops, a leisure centre and a hospital within walking distance.
There are also great transport links, with the bus route straight into Manchester city centre close by.

In addition to learning important life skills such as meal planning and domestic skills, people take part in a range of activities such as gardening, shopping, eating out, and leisurely walks.
There are weekly trips to the local town to different restaurants arranged so everyone can get out and about in their local community and explore the range of cuisines Manchester has to offer.
