About this support setting

Thoughtfully designed for independent living

Set in a quiet location, this supported living home near Chelmsford supports adults with learning disabilities and autism spectrum conditions. The experienced and skilled support team use a person-centred planning approach tailored towards the needs of each person and focuses on outcomes. People are supported to be as independent as possible and to take part in meaningful activities that enrich their lives.

Each of person we support is assigned a key worker whom they become very familiar with. In addition, we encourage families to play a key role in the support we provide and ensure that they are involved to the degree each person supported wishes them to be.

This home’s profile number is 538.

What we offer

A safe and supportive place

The home has two bedrooms as well as one additional bedroom to support sleep-ins. People are encouraged to decorate their rooms to their own preferences and to use the communal spaces to socialise, including the large living room/dining area and kitchen.

People also make full use of the great space outdoors in the garden during the summer months for leisure activities and events.

The location of the home is ideal, with multiple community facilities close by, such as shops, parks, transport links, and other amenities.

As the home is situated in a rural location, it would suit somebody who enjoys living in a quiet village setting.
