About this support setting

Thoughtfully designed for independent living

The highly experienced team at this supported living home for adults with learning disabilities and autism spectrum conditions use a person-centred planning approach tailored towards the needs of each person and focuses on outcomes. People are individually supported by the team to be as independent as possible and to take part in meaningful activities that enrich their lives.

Each person we support is assigned a key worker whom they become very familiar with. In addition, we encourage families to play a key role in the support we provide and ensure that they are involved to the degree each person wishes them to be.

This home’s profile number is 536.
