This supported living home supports adult with autism spectrum disorders, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and acquired brain injury. The support team use a person-centred planning approach to create a specialised plan tailored to the individual’s needs and interests.

Our current vacancy is on the ground floor, is wheelchair accessible and shares a wet room with one other resident.

This 3-bedroom detached house has one en-suite and a shared bathroom for the other two rooms. People supported can also make use of a communal lounge, kitchen, diner and garden.

The home is situated near Caerphilly behind a pretty brook and green spaces with good transport links into the local town.
