This supported living home is a detached house that caters to adults with Autism Spectrum Conditions, Learning Disabilities and Physical Disabilities. The home uses a person-centred planning approach tailored to the needs of each individual and focuses on positive outcomes.
Activities are suited to each individual’s interests and hobbies. They are also designed to help each person supported to develop independent skills such as cooking, budgeting and more.

What we offer
A safe and supportive place
This supported living home has five bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a private shower cubicle, and the three others share a communal bathroom.
This home also features a lounge, dining room, kitchen, utility area, conservatory, outside games room and a large garden. The service is well-situated close to Trethomas village with local shops and public transport links.
