Thoughtfully designed homes for independent living

This supported living home supports adults with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, and behaviours that may challenge. The team provide person-centred planning, support with life and independence skills and support to attend social and leisure activities.

The skilled support team work closely with individuals, families and health care professionals to provide the best care and support possible, and are available 24 hours a day including to support waking nights where required.

What we offer

A safe and supportive place to call home

The home is a large detached house with five bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities. There is a large communal lounge, dining room, sensory room and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for socialising and a large garden where a lot of activities take place.

The homes are located near Watford, which means people have plenty of opportunities to enjoy a wide range of local community facilities such as shops, pubs, restaurants, libraries, colleges and employment opportunities.

The home also has excellent transport links, with local bus services at Watford High Street station providing good links to London and surrounding areas.

Lifestyle

People are supported to take part in a wide range of activities that can help increase confidence, life skills, and independence.

Each person has an individually tailored calendar, customised around their likes and dislikes, and they can take part in any activities they want to. This includes cinema trips, swimming, bowling, visits to the local day centre and various day trips such as to the coast. Additionally, they can take part in any in-house activities such as arts and crafts, learning life skills such as cooking and meal preparation.
