This modern, spacious property in Brighton is a 24-hour, supporting living home for adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex health needs, including epilepsy and communication and sensory needs.
People are supported to make informed choices about their lives, focusing on their needs and individual lifestyles, including developing confidence in their own individual abilities, providing social opportunities, developing communication strategies and taking part in meaningful activities both within the home and also the local community. Each person has a person-centred support plan as well as a health action plan. The support team works in partnership with families, advocates, multi-disciplinary teams, community and health professionals.

What we offer
A safe and supportive place
This home offers spacious accommodation with eight large bedrooms, all with accessible wet room en-suite bathrooms. Tracking and hoist systems can be installed where there is identified need. It also has a lounge, fully equipped open plan modern kitchen/dining room, communal bathroom with a specialist accessible bath, a lift to all floors and a large, private garden with accessible patio area. There is ample parking at the front of the property.
Located in Brighton, within easy walking distance of local bus services, providing links into nearby Brighton city centre, Hove and Lewes where a wide range of local community facilities such as shops, pubs, restaurants, disability day service opportunities can be accessed.

People are supported to take part in a range of activities in the local community, such as day trips to the seaside, trips to Brighton town centre, shops, gardening, swimming and arts and crafts to name a few.
Brighton has a mainline railway station providing frequent services to get around Sussex and into London for any day trips.
For people who have communication and sensory impairments, sensory-stimulating activities are provided to enhance and enrich each person’s level of communication needs and understanding.
