People are supported to make individualised choices in all aspects of day-to-day life through person-centred planning that proactively promotes choice and sets goals. This approach enables team members to implement strategies to enhance life, communication and relationships. Our dedicated clinical team works in partnership with people to identify the support they require with regard to physical, emotional, cultural, cognitive and communication needs.

This is an eight bedroom purpose built property, all with accessible en-suite wet rooms. The home also has communal facilities, including a lounge, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, bathroom with a specialist bath, a lift to all floors and a large, private garden with an accessible patio area. There is also ample parking at the front of the property.
Located in Brighton, within easy walking distance of local bus services, providing links into nearby Brighton city centre, Hove and Lewes where a wide range of local community facilities such as shops, pubs, restaurants, colleges and employment opportunities can be accessed.
Brighton also has a mainline railway station providing frequent services to get around Sussex and into London.
