Thoughtfully designed for independent living
This is a supported living home in Brent, London. We support adults with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions and mental health needs. Our well-trained team members are very experienced in supporting people who have difficulties in the community. Our team members are trained to provide high-quality, person-centred support.
The support team work with clients to develop a person-centred plan that is focused on increasing a person’s independence within the home as well as the community. Plans are reviewed with people we support on a regular basis. The support team will help build resilience in people we support by equipping people with practical, transferable skills. Team members are passionate about supporting people to achieve their aims.
The aim of this home is to reduce dependence on team members and provide the necessary skills for those supported to thrive both inside and outside the home so that they can move on to full independence in the future.
The home is close to a variety of leisure amenities. People we support enjoy going shopping at nearby Wembley, London Designer Outlet; Greenford, Westway Retail Park; and Harrow, St. George’s shopping centre. We are also in close reach of cafes, restaurants and leisurely options.

A safe and supportive place
This five-bed home has shared facilities and communal areas, perfect for developing social and life skills. The home has four bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and one studio flat in the garden, an annexe with its own en-suite shower room. The people we support are welcome to personalise their rooms to suit their needs, interests and personality. This is their home, and we want them to feel safe.
Located just a short 5-minute walk from shops, two rail stations, North Wembley station and Sudbury Town station and other local amenities, like Barham Park, Vale Farm Sports Centre, etc. The home has excellent links to local community and surrounding areas.

People we support are supported to participate in a wide range of activities designed to promote increased independence and build on existing skills. People like to spend their leisure time doing various things, including bowling, mini-golf, gym sessions, swimming, yoga, day centre, long walks, football, trips to museums, trips to the garden centre, gardening, visiting the library and baking cakes.
People will also be supported in developing life skills such as budgeting, meal preparation, self-care, cleaning and domestic tasks.
