About this support setting

Thoughtfully designed for independent living

This is a supported living home in Brent, London. We support adults with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions and mental health needs. Our well-trained team members are very experienced in supporting people who have difficulties in the community. Our team members are trained to provide high-quality, person-centred support.

The support team work with clients to develop a person-centred plan that is focused on increasing a person’s independence within the home as well as the community. Plans are reviewed with people we support on a regular basis. The support team will help build resilience in people we support by equipping people with practical, transferable skills. Team members are passionate about supporting people to achieve their aims.
