What we offer
A safe and supportive place
Pierrepoint Road is a spacious property with eleven bedrooms. There is also the opportunity to access communal areas, including a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and garden where people can socialise.
Pierrepoint Road is situated in a vibrant multi-cultural area in Central Acton, within easy walking distance of underground stations, Acton mainline station, and local bus services. These provide good links to local areas such as Ealing, Uxbridge, and central London, where a wide range of community facilities can be found.
We’re not just participants. We’re planners, presenters, and leaders.

Lifestyle
Pierrepoint Road offers a range of activities for people they support, all of which are aimed at increasing the independence of the individual.
People exercise frequently, play games, cook, and garden, and there are also regular arts and crafts sessions. People enjoy going on day trips, attending events, various entertainment, and engaging with the local community.
People living here are from diverse backgrounds, and each individual’s needs and circumstances are unique, as is the support we provide them. One person living here communicates using Makaton, and another is a wheelchair user who adores how freely she can move around her home.
Independence is key at Pierrepoint, and many people attend day centres on a regular basis and are involved in pottery, drama, jewellery making, and baking courses. Although in a residential area, the home is well-connected and close to all local transport links, such as the TFL lines. This makes travelling to the leisure activities people enjoy, such as bingo, arts & crafts sessions, and shopping easy.
Not only is our lifestyle active outside of the home, but this livingness is also bought back home. There are endless activities to enjoy here, including baking, cooking, music, massage, clay modelling, and table games. After a busy day, everyone enjoys relaxing in the communal lounge together and watching TV.
Individuals will be supported in any paid work, volunteering and/or education, and a few people currently have jobs, which is a great achievement and a step towards independence. The support team will also assist in the development of independence skills such as meal preparation, budgeting, cleaning, and self-care.
