Lifestyle

People are supported to take part in a range of leisure activities in order to build on social and communication skills. These can include swimming, gardening, bowling, shopping, cinema trips, music sessions, drama groups and multiple-day trips.

The team assist people with the development of independent living skills such as cooking, meal preparation, budgeting and self-care. This can help increase independence, with a view to helping each person move on to greater independence.
