More about our approach to quality and safeguardingAbout this support setting
Thoughtfully designed for independent living
Mill Hayes helps people transition from long term hospital care settings into a supportive residential environment. The people supported here have flexible and personalised living spaces with their own studio bedrooms including lounge areas for relaxation and en-suite bathrooms that we help them to personalise with photos and their own belongings. They then join together in the larger communal lounge areas, kitchens, conservatory and gardens for social activities and events.

What we offer
A safe and supportive place
Mill Hayes offers facilities designed to support the specific needs of people living in the home. Each person has their own bedroom with additional lounge space, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation, personal activities, and entertaining guests in private.
The home is divided across two floors, featuring three bedrooms on the ground floor and four on the first floor. In total, there are seven registered studio bedrooms, each equipped with en-suite facilities.
The ground floor boasts a spacious shared lounge and a large kitchen, designed to meet emotional and behavioral needs in a more individual and responsive manner. The first floor also has its own communal lounge and kitchen, allowing each floor to function independently.
Additional amenities include a designated meeting room on the first floor, a large conservatory, and a spacious garden. One of the lounges can be converted into a private area for two of the rooms if needed, ensuring flexible and personalised living arrangements for all residents.
We’re not just participants. We’re planners, presenters, and leaders.
