Hilltop is a warm, welcoming residential home in Weston-Super-Mare, supporting adults with autism spectrum conditions, learning disabilities, and complex needs, including behaviours that may challenge. The home takes a friendly, family-oriented approach, fostering a supportive environment where people can thrive.
With person-centred plans, people supported are empowered to make choices, build independence, and take control of their lives. People supported engage in community activities and skill-building opportunities. A dedicated team provides 24/7 support, including waking night team members, ensuring consistent and tailored support.

Hilltop is a spacious, detached property offering six en-suite bedrooms and a self-contained flat, perfect for providing tailored support. The home includes a sensory lounge and a large garden, promoting relaxation and engagement.

Its prime location offers easy access to the town, beach, and public transport, with Bristol just 20 miles away, making it ideal for fostering community connections and independence.

At Hilltop, people are encouraged to participate in a wide range of activities designed to boost confidence and enhance skills. These include swimming, horse riding, day trips, cinema outings, and sensory activities in the home’s sensory room. Team members also focus on helping people supported develop essential independent living skills, such as budgeting, meal preparation, domestic tasks, and self-care, fostering greater autonomy and life satisfaction.
