Thoughtfully designed homes for independent living
Fleetwood House is a residential home for adults with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions and epilepsy. The home aims to support individuals to increase independence through learning self-care and domestic skills.
The support team are available on a one-to-one basis and are available 24 hours a day. Additionally, each person has an activity plan tailored around their likes and dislikes so they can take part in the range of leisure activities they wish to.

What we offer
A safe and supportive place to call home
Fleetwood House has four bedrooms on the ground floor and six bedrooms on the first floor, with a self-contained flat on the second floor for an individual progressing towards supported living.
People can socialise in the spacious communal lounge, dining room and kitchen, and a lift provides access to the second floor if required.
The location of Fleetwood House is convenient, with great transport links to Worthing, Chichester, Bognor Regis, Selsey and Brighton.

Lifestyle
At Fleetwood House, individuals are supported in taking part in a variety of activities, including arts and crafts club, music therapy, sensory sessions, music sessions, looking after the garden’s vegetable patch and taking part in a recycling programme.
Individuals can also participate in any activities they wish to outside of the home, with some people taking part in horse riding, visiting the theatre, going to the pub and cinema. The home also supports people who wish to attend college and take part in the local community.
