Recognition for teamwork and leadership

Supported living in Frimley, Ransdale House, and Highfields & Valleyview have all been recognised for the positive impact they make in the lives of the people they support through teamwork, compassion and dedication.
We’re also proud to see individual excellence recognised, with Joe Scaife shortlisted for Care Home Frontline Leader and Ewelina Harding shortlisted for Care Home Registered Manager. Their nominations reflect the expertise, leadership and commitment that help people thrive and support team members to succeed.
Championing co-production
Unity and Campaign 4 Change have been shortlisted in the Co-Production category, recognising their outstanding work in ensuring the voices of people with lived experience help shape decisions, services and strategy.
Through their commitment to meaningful involvement and collaboration, they continue to champion the principle of “nothing about us without us” and demonstrate the powerful impact of co-production.

Achieve together has also been shortlisted for Care Home Employer, recognising our commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive and rewarding workplace where team members can develop, grow and deliver exceptional support.
By investing in leadership, learning and development, wellbeing and career progression, we continue to create opportunities for both team members and the people we support to achieve more.
