Congratulations to Hayway on receiving the Service of the Year Award (Residential) at the Heroes Awards.
The team at Hayway really excelled themselves by providing excellent care to a person they supported that contracted Covid-19 early in the pandemic.
They always put this person first and were on hand, even at the hospital to offer support and a friendly, reassuring face.
The individual made a full recovery and the hourly cleaning, effective wearing of PPE and following isolation guidelines ensured that no other team member or person supported contracted Covid-19 at the time of his illness.
What fantastic team work, well done to all at Hayway on your well deserved Award.
