Woodlands is a residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and other complex needs. The bespoke support provided centres on individual need and focuses on developing independence, person-centred life skills, communication, social skills and the individuals choice.
The staff team support people to take part in a range of activities including budget planning and support with finances, along with meal planning, preparation and shopping, household tasks, including laundry and housework. Planning social and leisure activities including college, voluntary work, establishing community links, promoting self-advocacy or supporting access to advocacy services. We provide continuity and consistency of support by experienced support workers chosen with the individual’s involvement.Download Brochure
