Thoughtfully designed for independent living
At this newly refurbished, purpose-built home the philosophy is to support people to develop independence, friendships and take the next steps in their life. Two ground floor rooms are fully accessible with a shared living space for those with physical disabilities and mobility needs, ideal for wheelchair users. The three upstairs rooms share another large living space and there is an outdoor courtyard space for socialising. The people we support are at the heart of everything we do, care focusses on meeting their individual needs and goals in life and supporting a move to more independent living.

Plymouth station is a few minutes walk and has key train and bus routes to places like Exeter and Cornwall as well as to the key tourist and shopping areas in the city. The quieter area of Mutley Plain is a 10-minute walk out of town and there are lots of pubs, restaurants, shops and facilities within a few minutes of the home.
Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, leisure centres, and the cinema are all within walking distance. The vibrant waterfront area—with attractions like the National Marine Aquarium and Royal Citadel—is just a short journey away.
