Thoughtfully designed for independent living
Woburn Hill is a newly refurbished six-bed residential home, providing 24/7 support for adults aged 18+ with mental health needs, Autism, and additional complex needs and provides an active support model and outcome-based activities.
Situated on Anglesey in an area of outstanding natural beauty, our large, detached home is set back from the road with ample grounds and consists of five en-suite bedrooms & one self-contained Annexe flat. With plenty of outdoor space on the doorstep, Woburn Hill has access to over 220 square miles of Anglesey’s coast and landscape to explore.
Our support is focused on each individual person to ensure the best quality of life by respecting, empowering, and encouraging people we support to live an independent, engaging life, making their own choices and living the lives they choose. People are supported in increasing their independence and confidence to achieve their individual goals.

What we offer
A safe and supportive place
Newly refurbished Woburn Hill is modern, light and spacious and consists of five en-suite bedrooms and one self-contained Annexe flat. The Annexe offers a kitchen, ensuite bedroom and a living room.
The main house with five ensuite bedrooms also offers a large conservatory, dining room, lounge, and kitchen with wi-fi throughout. Safely set back from the road, Woburn Hill has plenty of car parking space for visitors and a safe and secure garden to the rear.
Woburn Hill is at the end of a small rural high street and has a bus stop a few doors down. It is ideally located close to local amenities and convenience stores. The bay provides ample outdoor recreational space.

Lifestyle
People at Woburn Hill are supported to participate in activities that promote increased independence. These include budgeting, cooking, gardening, educational skills, and sensory engagement.
With 220 square miles of Anglesey’s coast and landscape to explore, there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy new outdoor pursuits and take trips out to relax in the natural beauty on the doorstep, including just 5 minutes away the natural fishing harbour at Cemaes Bay or Snowdonia National Park accessible in just 45 minutes.
There is a wide range of leisure activities for people to take part in, which can build on social skills as well as enrich the quality of life. These include cinema trips, swimming, shopping, arts and crafts, and day trips supported by the use of our vehicle and or local transport out in the surrounding areas.
People will also be supported to take on any volunteering, education and/or paid work where possible.
