Beudygwyn Farm is a residential home, providing 24-hour support for adults with moderate learning disabilities, mental health needs, behaviours that may challenge, autism spectrum conditions, physical disabilities and acquired brain injuries.
The home which comprises of a farmhouse and a further eight cottages, flats and barns, provides an active support model and outcome-based activities. The support is focused on the individual, to ensure the best quality of life, by respecting empowering and encouraging the people we support to live an independant, engaging life making their own choices and living the lives they choose. Individuals are supported in increasing their independence and confidence to achieve their individual goals.
This residential home enjoys over 15 acres of grounds and also offers a stable block on site where people supported look after a wide range of farm animals.
