What we offer
A safe and supportive place
Beudygwyn Farm stands in it’s own extensive grounds of approximately 15 acres. It’s located within rural Anglesey countryside, three miles away from Cemaes Bay village and harbour in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
The accommodation consists of the main house, a traditional farmhouse with three bedrooms on the first floor and a shared bathroom. It’s features include a communal kitchen and a lounge area for when individuals want to socialise with others.
There are a number of additional cottages and flats, comprising of; One three bedroom cottage. Three cottages, which each offer a self-contained studio flat with a kitchen, lounge diner, and wet room. These are suitable for individuals with learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities.
A two-bedded cottage and a further cottage comprised of two self-contained flats, each offering a spacious living room, kitchen and bedroom.
The Dove flat would be particularly suited to those who are on the pathway plan for supported living services and is a self-contained flat with a separate entrance door, a lounge/diner and an ensuite bedroom.
New Barn is the latest edition and consists of four self-contained flats with a capacity for four individuals. The flats each contain a spacious bedroom, an ensuite wet room and open plan kitchen and living area. Three of these flats would suit people with any physical impairment, with the last being best suited to an able-bodied individual.
We’re not just participants. We’re planners, presenters, and leaders.
