Thoughtfully designed homes for independent living
The Sussex Outreach service supports adults who are deaf or hearing impaired in Sussex and encourage, prompt, and support people in the ways they need and want. We’re here to help whether a person needs support with particular aspects of day-to-day life, such as managing money, staying healthy, cooking, taking part in the community, going to college or securing and maintaining paid employment.
We learn about each person’s interests, needs and aims so that we can help them to achieve their goals. That may mean we support a person to develop or relearn skills so they can live more independently in the future.
