More about our approach to quality and safeguardingAbout this support setting
Thoughtfully designed for independent living
This modern supported living home is ideal for people who struggle to live with others. This home supports adults with complex needs, including autism spectrum conditions, learning disabilities and behaviours that may challenge.
Each person receives 1:1 or 2:1 support. We use reflective and creative approaches to work with people on the Autistic Spectrum who present with complex communication and behavioural needs. Our ethos is a person-centred approach which focuses on the person’s care. We provide support tailored to the needs and the specific goals and aspirations of each person. We can offer preferred communication systems, positive behavioural support and guidance about risk-taking.
The support team work with a ‘can-do’ attitude to encourage growth and development for each person we support.

Lifestyle
Although people currently living here enjoy their own personal space, they also enjoy coming together to experience day trips and activities with each other. Each person living here has their own hobbies and interests that they pursue on a solo basis. This is a busy, sociable and lively home that can get loud, but overall, there’s a calm environment. Everybody gets on well here, and often, they invite each other to their flats to enjoy time together.
Each person is supported to develop and expand on their own personal hobbies and goals through in-home and community-based activities. The home is conveniently located close to a train station with good transport links around Shropshire.
