What we offer
A safe and supportive place
This is a lovely five-bedroom detached bungalow set in the heart of Rainham.
On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, a spacious lounge, a kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. All bedrooms are decorated to personal taste and requirements. The large garden is enjoyed by all as a hub of social activity during the summer months.
The first floor houses a charming individual studio flat, which consists of a large bedroom with built-in cupboard space, its own bathroom with an overhead shower and a small kitchenette. This is an excellent resource for people who are in the process of preparing for a move onto independent living.
This property has a multitude of community facilities very close by, including supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, leisure centres, and many more. The home has excellent rail and road links; the railway station and bus stops are within easy walking distance, providing excellent access to other towns and shopping centres nearby. Its location means it has good links to London and the coast.
