Lifestyle

We support people with a wide range of activities, including yoga, gardening, arts and crafts, baking, budget and financial planning, meal and groceries planning and household tasks.

Within the local area, we offer support to access the gym, college, park, tram station, bus stops, takeaways, shops and swimming pool. We encourage people to participate proactively within their wider community, promote self-advocacy and support in accessing health services.

The team often hosts events, such as summer picnics. Everyone gets involved in playing Pin the Tail on the Donkey and other games and prepares for events by baking cakes, donating to raffles and making decorations.
