What we offer

A safe and supportive place to call home

Located in North Manchester in a multi-cultural area. There are five modern bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities. Communal areas include a lounge, kitchen and dining room where people regularly socialise. Additionally, there are gardens to the front and rear of the property, where many leisure activities and events take place in the summer.

The home is situated on a busy road opposite a shopping parade, with plenty of local shops and good transport services, including a bus and tram station, meaning people can easily explore the surrounding areas.

Lifestyle

This home promotes diversity, and people have different faiths within the home.

The support team adopts a no-pressure approach to communal socialising, but all people living here get on well.

There is a fun and enthusiastic energy within this home.

We support people in participating in a range of activities, including bingo, shopping, day centre activities, arts and crafts, cinema trips, and bowling trips, to name a few. Additionally, we support people to plan and enjoy day trips to the surrounding areas and holidays further afield.

The home itself often runs events for everyone to get involved with. This included a festive Easter party, which involved an Easter Egg hunt, a dancing competition, food, and music. Everyone had a great time, and the team hoped for it to be an annual event.
