This supported living home in Manchester supports adults with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health needs, including personality conditions. People will receive a bespoke care package to suit their needs, developed on an individual basis.
The support focuses on the outcome of developing life skills and integrating people with the wider community. Each person has clear personal support plans enabling them to achieve their individual goals, with family members involved, as much as each person supported wishes them to be in the care and support. People are encouraged to take part in a wide range of activities that help enrich their lives and build on skills.

What we offer
A safe and supportive place
This is a recently developed home with six en-suite bedrooms. There are spacious communal areas, including a living room and a large modern kitchen ideal for people to socialise with others if they wish to.
The home also has a communal garden and outside space that people enjoy.
The home’s located close to the train station, providing great links to Manchester city centre with shops and restaurants within easy reach.

Lifestyle
People living here enjoy a range of activities that increase social and communication skills. Examples of leisure activities include cinema trips, swimming, day centre activities, bowling and meals out.
People are also supported with developing domestic skills in order to promote living independently, such as meal preparation, grocery shopping, budgeting and self-care.
This has greatly benefited people, with people then moving on from supported living into their own flats.
