A safe and supportive place

The home is a large, detached house that has five full en-suite bedrooms There is a stunning kitchen and dining area, which has bi-fold doors out onto a raised platform area. There’s also a large communal lounge on the ground floor.

The home is located close to local shops and amenities with good transport links.

People supported here hold their own tenancies with the landlord, and the rent would typically be claimed through housing benefit.

Lifestyle

People are encouraged to take part in a range of activities that can increase social and communication skills as well as make people more independent. These include activities within the home such as arts and crafts, social events and board games, and activities in the wider community such as swimming, day centre activities for people with disabilities, visiting the cinema and eating at local restaurants.

The home hosts events throughout the year, where food and refreshments flow, much to everyone’s delight.

People are encouraged to attend college, with great results.
