More about our approach to quality and safeguardingAbout this support setting
Thoughtfully designed for independent living
This is a supported living home for adults specialising in supporting men with mild and moderate learning disabilities and additional mental health needs.
Working closely with local health teams, with whom the support team have a positive working relationship, this home also provides additional expertise through support from our Clinical Team, including the Positive Behaviour Team.
The team has experience in providing positive pathways for people seeking to develop their independence following hospital admission, beginning with discharge from the hospital, developing skills in the community, and making the sometimes daunting transition into supported living.
This home supports people to enjoy community activities as well as find work opportunities where possible. Team members also encourage and support people to access adult education and wider developmental activities alongside in-house ASDAN independent skills development programmes.
People are also supported to develop person-centred plans that not only promote increased choice and independence but also focus on recovery and relapse prevention.
This home’s profile number is 359.

Lifestyle
At this home, we support people to plan and organise their own activity timetables and take part in activities that develop social, communication and life skills.
These range from support in daily life skills such as shopping through to college placements, voluntary and paid work placements and leisure activities. Examples of leisure activities include cinema trips, swimming, bowling, gardening and arts and crafts.
People are encouraged to express their rights freely and become contributing members of the community. In our experience, this helps to increase social and emotional wellbeing.
