Grenville House is a residential home that provides personal care and support for up to four people with a learning disability and/or autistic spectrum condition.
Care is person-centred and promotes people’s dignity and privacy. Team members have built good relationships with people supported and understand how to communicate effectively with each individual.
The ethos, values and attitudes of the managers and support team help enable people living at Grenville House to lead confident, inclusive and empowered lives. The support team always makes sure that people supported are put first and that their care and support is tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
