This home is a newly refurbished supported living home in the heart of Plymouth, Devon. Purposefully redesigned, the property now offers six self-contained studio apartments tailored for adults with learning disabilities and additional complex needs.

Each apartment is modern, spacious, and private—featuring its own en-suite wet room and living space. One apartment also includes a kitchenette for those ready to build more independent living skills. The home also offers a communal lounge, kitchen and dining area where people can socialise, share meals, or take part in group activities.

A dedicated team members area ensures our team can provide support when needed, while respecting everyone’s independence. Outdoors, a private courtyard space creates a peaceful and accessible area for relaxation and community life.

This home is designed as a step towards greater independence, with many people progressing to living in their own accommodation. Our experienced team provides tailored support that adapts with people over time.
