Thoughtfully designed homes for independent living
We’re proud to offer high-quality supported living accommodation in Mexborough, Doncaster, featuring ten single-occupancy, self-contained bungalows. This development includes a mix of five detached and five semi-detached or terraced homes, each designed to promote independence while providing personalised, specialist support.
The bungalows cater to a wide range of needs, with three adapted for enhanced accessibility and featuring a spacious bedroom and large wet room. The remaining homes offer two bedrooms and a shared bathroom, creating flexibility for individuals with different support requirements.
These homes are designed for adults with complex needs, including acquired brain injury (ABI), autism, behaviours that may challenge, learning disabilities (mild to profound), deafblindness, sensory impairments, restricted mobility, epilepsy, dementia, and mental health conditions.
Each person is supported by a dedicated core team that includes a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, Practice Leads, Specialist Support Workers, and DBT Practitioners. The team is trained to meet a wide range of physical, emotional, and mental health needs, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support tailored to each individual.

What we offer
A safe and supportive place to call home
The development consists of ten single-occupancy, self-contained bungalows, with three featuring a large bedroom and wet room, and the others offering two bedrooms and a shared bathroom.
Each home includes an open-plan living space, British-engineered kitchens, vaulted ceilings, and skylights that bring in natural light. French doors lead to private gardens, creating a seamless connection with nature.
These homes provide a therapeutic environment with Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Positive Behaviour Support, intensive interaction, and sensory rooms and gardens. People supported are encouraged to engage with the local community and lead enriched lives.
Energy-efficient construction lowers utility costs. Each home has two parking spaces, with additional on-road parking nearby.
