Each house offers living space, a private garden, and two parking spaces. For single-occupancy arrangements, spare rooms can be used flexibly as a sleep-in area for the support team, an activity room, or additional living space.

These homes are designed to the highest modern standards, ensuring both comfort and sustainability. Built with energy efficiency in mind, they feature triple-glazed windows to enhance insulation and reduce energy costs. Each home is also equipped with electric car charging points, promoting environmentally friendly living.
