More about our approach to quality and safeguardingAbout this support setting
Thoughtfully designed for independent living
This specialist supported living home for adults with complex and enduring mental health needs. Individuals are supported to develop person-centered plans that promote choice, control and independence whilst focusing on recovery and relapse prevention. People are supported to identify their own goals, the support they require to achieve them and to evaluate their progress on a monthly basis, which we believe is a fundamental part of the recovery process.
Our experienced team works in partnership with families, carers, advocates and public service professionals to ensure that the support provided is proactive and appropriate.
We work closely with community mental health teams to ensure that individuals continue to access key services and appointments. Our close working relationships with local teams enable us to provide consistent and appropriate responses during times of relapse and in doing so, prevent revolving-door admissions to in-patient services.
This home’s profile number is 246.

Lifestyle
Welcome to our supported living home, a quiet, calm, and peaceful home with a ‘lovely’ atmosphere throughout. Everyone gets on well here, and these relationships have been built over a substantial amount of time.
There is a lot to do at this home! Whether people are enjoying a board game together in the communal lounge or out and about enjoying the local amenities such as restaurants or a shopping trip, there is something for everyone. Everybody has their individual hobbies and passions they enjoy participating in.
People are supported to access the local community to facilitate social, communication and life skills development with the aim of ultimately increasing independence. They are encouraged to develop independent living skills and access resources external to their home, which may include college placements, work experience or paid work placements, shopping, going to restaurants or taking driving lessons.
Some leisure activities that individuals enjoy include maintaining their garden, regular trips to the cinema, bowling and themed days out, to name a few.
The home is passionate about celebrations and loves to party, dress up, and create decorations for many occasions, such as Halloween and the Chinese New Year.
