About this support setting

Thoughtfully designed for independent living

Located in Blackheath, this supported living home supports adults with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions and emotional needs. It is a specialist transition home that has been developed specifically to provide a living environment which will help to build resilience in the people who use the home through the promotion of positive risk-taking and the building of practical, transferable skills.

This increased independence helps to reduce a person’s dependence on their support team so that they have the necessary skills to thrive independently inside the home as well as in their community. This will enable them to move on to greater independence in the future.

This home’s profile number is 338.
