Thoughtfully designed for independent living
St Helier Avenue is a specialist residential home for adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.
Individuals are supported to develop person-centred plans tailored towards individual needs and focused on positive outcomes. Team members will also assist in the development of positive behaviour support plans that promote increased choice, control over their lives and independence. Individuals are supported to take part in meaningful activities that enrich their lives and build on their skills and confidence.

A safe and supportive place
St Helier Avenue is a large, detached property comprising of eight spacious bedrooms. The home also has multiple communal areas, including a lounge, large dining/activities room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, conservatory and a large garden and patio.
St Helier Avenue is located in Morden in Greater London, where a wide range of local community facilities can be accessed. It is within easy walking distance of Morden underground station and local bus services, which provide good links to central London and surrounding areas.

People at St Helier Avenue are supported to lead active lives and take part in a variety of activities to assist the development of social and communication skills. St Helier Avenue offers a range of leisure activities, including music concerts, walks in nature, swimming, arts & crafts, shopping trips and day trips.
Team members will support people with developing independence skills such as meal preparation, self-care, grocery shopping and domestic skills, as well as identifying any paid work and/or volunteering placements.
