Thoughtfully designed homes for independent living
Our outreach and community service team in South and Mid Wales are here to encourage, prompt and support people in the way they need and want. We’re here to help, whether a person needs support with particular aspects of day-to-day life, such as managing money, staying healthy, cooking, taking part in the community, or going to college.
We learn about each person’s interests, needs and aims, and their preferred method of communication so that we can help them to achieve their goals. That may mean we support a person to develop or relearn skills so they can live more independently in the future.
