What we offer

A safe and supportive place

Seymour House is a beautiful detached house located 100 yards from the seafront in Herne Bay, in Kent. On the ground-floor, there is a spacious lounge/diner with direct access to a conservatory overlooking the large back garden. There is also a good sized kitchen and three ground floor bedrooms and a bathroom. On the first-floor, there are three further bedrooms and a bathroom.

Individuals can benefit from access to local shops, colleges, the local leisure centre, restaurants and other nearby amenities. In addition to being close to the beach, the home is only 20 minutes from the historic town of Canterbury.

With excellent public transport links to other local coastal resorts and major towns of Ashford, Maidstone and London, Seymour House is the ideal location to explore and gain independent travelling skills.

Lifestyle

Seymour House supports people to access a range of activities which promote independence and build on skills. Seymour House’s location is particularly ideal, and residents often go on day trips to Canterbury and the other surrounding towns.

At Seymour House, individuals enjoy baking, cooking, and gardening, which includes growing their own fruit and vegetables and exercise classes.
