Thoughtfully designed for independent living
Perryn Road is a specialist adult residential home for adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and behaviour that may challenge.
Perryn Road follows an active approach that tailors to individual’s specific needs and supports in achieving their planned outcomes. They also work closely with community teams to ensure that people can access key services and appointments, and this close working relationship facilitates the focus on increased independence and recovery for individuals.

What we offer
A safe and supportive place
Perryn Road is a spacious, warm and homely property for up to eight adults. Individuals can access communal areas, including a lounge, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and garden.
Perryn Road is situated in Central Acton. The home is close to Acton Town, including the mainline and underground stations. It is also within walking distance to bus networks. There are many amenities within the surrounding areas, such as Bingo, cinemas, pubs, social clubs, leisure and sports centres, supermarkets and shopping centres. There are also colleges and day centres to provide a wide choice for varying levels of ability and needs.

Perryn Road supports people to lead active lives, supporting them to take part in meaningful activities in order to enrich their lives and build on social skills. Some examples of activities that people have taken part in include yoga and exercise classes, bowling, day trips out, nature walks in the park, cooking, gardening, karaoke nights, and cinema and movie nights.
People are also supported to be more independent, building on daily life skills such as self-care, budgeting, meal preparation and grocery shopping. Additionally, people are supported to gain employment, education and/or work experience, which can greatly boost confidence and independence.
