Lifestyle

People living here at Holland Road lead active lives and take part in activities they choose, both at home and in their community. These include swimming, cinema trips, picnics, shopping, lunches out to local restaurants, day trips to surrounding areas and much more.

The coastal location of the home means people have easy access to the beach, where there are plenty of shops, a pier and an arcade.

In a practical way, the team supports and encourages people to be as independent as possible by taking up work placements and/or volunteering and developing important life skills such as meal preparation, budgeting and grocery shopping.
