St Albans House is a residential service for adults aged 18+ with moderate learning difficulties, mental health needs, complex needs including behaviours that may challenge, restricted mobility and/or epilepsy. The service uses a person-centred planning approach tailored to individual needs and focused on outcomes.
Individuals are encouraged to be as independent as possible, taking part in meaningful activities that enrich their lives and improve skills. They are supported to be contributing members of the community and to identify and maintain leisure activities and education and/or work placements.
