Greenacres offers specialist support for adults with learning disabilities, autism and other neurodivergent conditions. People may present with complex communication difficulties, sensory processing issues, behaviours which may challenge or secondary mental health conditions. Located in the picturesque village of Lindale, this large, detached property includes annexe accommodation.

Lindale provides a variety of local amenities, including a shop, primary school, pub, and church, with excellent transport links and easy access to Grange-over-Sands and the Lake District. The property also features off-road parking, a rear garden with lawn, patio, and sheds for activities, along with a sensory area to support the needs of people supported.

What we offer

A safe and supportive place to call home

The main house features two comfortable living rooms, a spacious dining area, a fitted kitchen, a team member office with sleep-in facilities, a shower room, and a small conservatory at the front entrance – all located on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are five bright and spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.

A self-contained annexe complements the main residence, offering an entrance hall, sitting room, kitchen, bedroom, and en-suite.

Lifestyle

Lindale is a charming village offering essential local amenities including a shop/post office, primary school, public house, church, and regular bus service. Just a short drive away, Grange-over-Sands provides a wider selection of shops, bars, restaurants, and a railway station. The home also benefits from excellent road links to the M6 via the A590 and easy access to the stunning Lake District National Park.

Outside, the home features off-road parking for several vehicles and a rear garden with a lawn, patio, and two sheds – ideal for activities such as messy play, arts and crafts, or providing additional space when needed. The side of the home includes sensory play equipment to meet the needs of people supported with sensory sensitivities.
